It’s all about the beer baby. Lisa writes not only about the craft beer industry in Washington but also talks about the best way to enjoy those beers.  Her beer book is chock full of maps and pub crawl walk throughs. Get prepared for Seattle Beer Week with Lisa on Monday night. Wine World will be hosting a complimentary Pacific Northwest beer tasting during the book signing between 6-8pm.

Steve Roberts, Wine Trails Walla Walla

Tender: Farmers, Cooks and Eaters is a collaborative effort as a book to inspire us to think and foster collaboration as we eat. Focusing on local sustainable eating, this book features not only recipes but discusses how we acquire our food and build community. Barb Whatley, Winery Dogs of Washington

Dogs are an integral part of most wineries. Winery dogs do everything from greet visitors, chase varmints out of the vineyard, help their owners stay sane during crush to adorning labels. Barb Whatley built on her success of her popular Winery Dogs of Walla Walla, with Winery Dogs of Washington that features 90+ dogs from 60 wineries all over Washington.

Paul Gregutt, Washington Wines and Wineries: The Essential Guide

Washington Wines and WineriesPaul Gregutt is one of Washington wines strongest advocates.  Paul is the Northwest editor for Wine Enthusiast as well as the wine writer for the Seattle Times. Paul has leveraged his love affair with wine into a full time career, with Washington wine remaining his focus. For over two decades, Paul has been writing about Washington wines for local and national publications as well as his blog Unfined and Unfiltered. Many miles traveled, conversations with wine makers and consumers and bottles uncorked have gone into the second edition of Washington Wines and Wineries: The Essential Guide. This wine book discusses history, present and future of the Washington wine industry.

John Sarich, Chef in the Vineyard

Chef in the VineyardDuring the Wine Bloggers Conference 2010, we were lucky enough to receive a copy of John Sarich’s latest cook book Chef in the Vineyard: Fresh and Simple Recipes from Great Wine Estates in our schwag bag. This is more than a simple cook book. John Sarich, Culinary Director at Chateau Ste Michelle, takes the reader on a tour of various wineries before offering recipes to pair with signature wines. It is part wine country touring book, part food and wine pairing and part cook book.

Wine World will be pouring complementary tastes of wineries mentioned in Chef in the Vineyard between 2-5pm.
