You don’t have to be intimidated by wine and food pairing, it can easy and delicious.  WSU Executive Chef Jamie Callison and EFESTE have a created an enjoyable evening to experience just how much fun food and wine pairing can be.  Join them on Thursday, January 23rd at EFESTE’s tasting room.

Admission to the food and wine pairing event includes EFESTE wine tasting, pizza dinner hot out of the Wood Stone oven, expertly led beef appetizer demo by Chef Jamie Callison, wine and food pairing tips plus
two fantastic take home gifts:

  • a bottle of 2010 Ceidleigh Syrah (Double Gold Seattle Wine Award Winner)
  • a copy of The Crimson Spoon cookbook signed by lead author Chef Jamie Callison.

CRIMSON SPOON COVER_400 The Crimson Spoon, 224-page photo-illustrated cookbook, features 105 recipes anyone can follow to create high impact cuisine. Recipes in this cookbook showcase a unique blend of of easily obtainable ingredients and foods produced by WSU departments and regional resources.

Single tickets: $105 for the general public or $90 for EFESTE Wine Club members and can be purchased in advance at the winery tasting room or online via EFESTE website. Couples tickets: $132 for the public or $102 for EFESTE Club members and include 1 book and 1 bottle of wine per couple.
