Red wine and Chocolate: Sexy?

Originally Chocofest was a means for Charles and Rose Ann Finkle to share their love of chocolate and beer and educate the general public to this dream pairing. Being open minded sort of people, the Finkles understood that not every winemaker or distiller may agree so they invited wine makers, cideries, mead makers and distillers to share their concoctions with  Seattle chocolate lovers.

Chocofest beer truffles

In recent years Chocofest has celebrated other wonderful beer pairings like with cheese and oysters. Chocofest is a sensory celebration from sweet to savory. Explore the many facets of chocolate pairing and of beer pairing. Chocofest is more than just pairing, vendors will also be incorporating chocolate and beer into their products. Explore beer infused chocolates and chocolate beers.

Chocofest is a Valentine gift for everyone involved, including Puget Sound Keepers Alliance for helping to keep local waters pristine for another love potion featured at Pike Chocofest, oysters on the half shell.
