As the leaves turn in autumn, my mind often turns to cider. CIDERCRAFT Magazine and Alderbrook Resort and Spa have joined together in celebration of the Hood Canal Harvest season. Locally crafted hard ciders are paired with locally foraged, farmed and harvested foods from the area, prepared with care and creativity over two events October 28-29, 2016.

Ciderhood Chef Dinner

On Friday night, October 28th, Executive Chef Josh Delgado, of Alderbrook Resort Spa, will prepare delicious pairings with locally made ciders in a five-course dinner. The dinner will be from 6-9 pm and costs $85 per person (+$17 gratuity). Online reservations/tickets are available here.

On Saturday, October 29th from 12-4 pm, along the waterfront at the Alderbrook Resort & Spa, sample cider and food from around Hood Canal. You will be able to sip ciders from up to 15 different Washington and Oregon cideries. The cideries pouring will include:
