Want to learn some great tips for cooking American Lamb at home? Seattle chefs Tom Black of soon to open Restaurant Bea, and Brian O’Conner of Skillet Diner will be serving up samples of exotic meatballs and comforting stew using American Lamb. Foundry Vineyards, a rising star Walla Walla winery named by Seattle Magazine as a “Winery to Watch” along with stellar winery Hestia Cellars will be on hand pouring sips of their wine to remind us that it’s not a culinary experience until you add wine!
Cooking demo starts at noon. Limited seating is available on a first come first serve basis (no registration required). Wine tasting starts at 1. The event runs until 3 or when samples run out, whichever comes first!
