Join us at Esquin as we welcome CIDERCRAFT magazine editor Erin James and author of “Tasting Cider: The Official Guide to the Distinctive Flavors of North American Hard Cider” to the Esquin Sky Lounge! Three cideries featured in the book – Finnriver, Nashi and Tieton – will be pouring tastes to be paired with Esquin’s resident chef Lenny’s delicious takes on recipes from Tasting Cider.
