Holiday Wine Tasting at NW Wine Academy
Sample wines and get some holiday shopping done at the NW Wine Academy’s Holiday Wine Tasting. The free holiday wine tasting runs on Friday, December 11, 3-7pm and on Saturday December 12, 12-4. NW Wine Academy will be pouring a selection of their red and white wines, including some of their Tri-Cities Wine Festival award winners.

- 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah Blend
- Whites include
- 2008 Chardonnay (while it lasts)
- 2008 White Table Wine
All wines will be 20% off, just in time for holiday giving. In addition to the bottles of wine, delicious baked goods from the South Seattle Community College culinary department will be available for purchase. Wine gift baskets, filled with an assortment of wines, wine tools and holiday treats are also for sale.
NW Wine Academy, located at the South Seattle Community College, has three branches to it’s program:
- Wine Production, with a winery on site
- Wine Marketing and Sales
- Food and Wine Pairing
The NW Wine Academy is located in the Wine and Welding building, at the north end of the South Seattle Community College campus. The Wine and Welding building is alongside Bernie’s Pastry Shop and Cascade Court, near Automotive, accessible via the north entry gate. Customer parking is available right outside the building.
